Terms of service
These terms apply between you and the operator named on the legal notice when you use EU Tenders, the website and the API for AI agents.
The service
EU Tenders lets you search EU public tenders, contract awards and company annual reports, save searches as watchlists, receive new matches by email, and give AI agents the same data through an API key. The public data is reproduced as published by its sources and is not checked by us.
Your account
An account is for one person. Keep your password and API keys to yourself; what your agents do with a key counts as your use. You can delete the account at any time from your Account page.
Plans and payment
Every account starts on the Free plan. Paid plans are sold only to businesses: companies, and self-employed people buying for their work. They are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. No VAT is charged: the operator is not registered for VAT. Agent calls above a paid plan's daily allowance cost €0.50 per 1,000 and are billed with the next invoice. A new plan applies at once. You can cancel from Manage billing on your Account page; the plan then runs to the end of the paid period and the account returns to Free. If a payment fails and is not settled, the account returns to Free.
Business customers
When you buy a paid plan you confirm that you buy it for your business, so the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. You can cancel at any time under Manage billing; the plan then runs to the end of the month already paid.
Fair use
Use the website through a browser and the data through the API. Do not scrape the website, share one account between people, or run the service in a way that disturbs it for others. Plan limits and rate limits apply.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Sources are copied hourly or daily, so a record can lag its publication. We may change or retire features; a change that takes something away from a paid plan is announced by email at least 30 days ahead.
Liability
The data is public information republished as is. Decisions you take on it are yours; verify a record at its source before you act on it. Our liability for a paid plan is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, except where the law does not allow such a limit, such as for intent, gross negligence or injury to life or health.
Ending the agreement
You end it by deleting your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or does not pay, after telling you by email unless the breach makes that unreasonable.
Changes to these terms
We tell you by email at least 30 days before a change to these terms takes effect. If you do not accept the change, delete your account before it takes effect.
Law and disputes
The law of Sweden applies. If you are a consumer, the protections of the law of your home country still apply, and you may sue and be sued where you live.
