Privacy policy

This page describes the personal data EU Tenders processes, why, where it is stored, and how long it is kept.

What we collect

• Account. Your username and a salted hash of your password.
• Digest email. The address you enter for the daily watchlist email, and whether the email is switched on.
• API keys. A hash of each key, its name, a short prefix for recognition, and when it was created or revoked.
• Usage. Daily counts of tool calls per tool, and calls above your plan's included amount.
• Watchlists. The filters you save and the public notices and filings they found.
• Billing. Your plan and Stripe customer id. Card details go to Stripe and never reach us.
• Waitlist. The email and note you leave if you join the waitlist.

Why

To run the service you signed up for: authenticate your agents, enforce plan limits, run your watchlists, send the digest you asked for, and bill paid plans. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

How long

Account, key and watchlist data is kept while your account exists. Daily usage counts and records of sent digests and usage reports are kept for billing and support. Retention periods for each category are set before launch.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction, or its deletion, and you can complain to your data protection authority. Turn the digest email off at any time from your Account page or the link in each email.
